Preparations for the 2008 Season Begins
The Pitons Netball Club is now preparing for participation in CANA's 2008 Summer Tournament. Regular Tuesday Evening practice at MS 2, which is located at 655 Parkside Ave will continue at 7:30 PM, all players who wish to attend Tuesday evening practice sessions, MUST complete the Beacon Application form. Please click here to download. In addition regular practice will commence on Saturday March 22nd at the Wingate High School Netball Club. Practice will commence at 7:30 AM. All players are asked to make an extra effort to be in attendance.
Mohegan Sun Bus Trip
The Pitons Netball Club will be hosting a fund raising Bus Ride to Mohegan Sun Casino on Saturday April 12th 2008. The Bus will be leaving from White Castles, located at Utica Ave, between Umpire Blvd and East New York Ave at 8:00 PM. The donation is $40.00. We look forward to your support in this venture.
2008 Tournaments
The tentative schedule of tournaments for 2008 are as follows:
May 17th: Crusaders Annual Pre Season Rally: Brooklyn, New York.
May 31st: CANA's opening day and annual open day Rally: Brooklyn, New York.
June 2nd - August 17th: CANA's Summer Tournament. Every Saturday and Sunday. Brooklyn, New York
June 21st and 22nd: USANA's annual National Championships. Cumming, Georgia (Atlanta).
